If you like to customize your ipod and iphone wallpapers with art, Poolga may be worth a look. They have a diverse selection of graphic illustrations provided by some very talented artists.
I've added a handful of their designs to my itouch... a huge improvement to the wallpaper designs provided.
Designs are added regularly, and they're all free.
