It's the season of new album releases, so I tried my luck yesterday and was able to get a few newbies, some not-so-newbies, and some oldies but goodies. The goal for the day is to give all or most of these a good listen to whilst I do my work. I'm not very good at writing album reviews, but if anything seems fantastic I'll make mention of it. I'm taking recommendations too, so please let me know if there's something new out that I should be hearing!

have you listened to all the albums you listed allready?
i am curious about the new von bondies, p.j. harvey & john parish, crystal castles and unicorns. bat for lashes is really really nice. (the song daniel has been stuck in my mind for about a week now). i dug up an entire load with new albums last week, so i still have to listen a lot.
there were some really nice/good songs on the mix cd you made too!
i had a whole bunch of the songs allready in my collection, but there where also couple i didn't know. the american analog set, black bear and john maus are new in my playlist and on high rotation. very nice!!
